Zero-Defects Silver House Service

All points of a Bronze level service plus:
  • We continue to manage the process throughout a twelve month period reporting additional defects to the builder as and when they become apparant.
  • At the end of the twelve month period we will revisit your property to monitor the defects for ourselves and to see how the builder has performed regarding quality of workmanship.
  • We will then re-issue the revised defect list to the builder confirming all outstanding defects to be completed.
This takes you to the second milestone associated with the purchase of a new property. Many of the problems associated with new builds (e.g. shrinkage cracks) have generally settled down during this period.   This also represents a reasonable period of time where items such as window latches, door handles and heating systems have been in regular use. Your home has had all four seasons of weather to cope with and has contracted and expanded through one whole environmental cycle.
