Zero-Defects Bronze House Service

  • Arrange to meet you (or the builder if you wish) at your property at a convenient time.

  • We will then systematically work through our snagging process ensuring all defects are listed.

  • We will include sufficient photographic evidence to emphasise particularly poor defects.

  • We will also compile a concise report on the general appearance of the property with regard to the quality of workmanship and the fixtures and fittings provided.

  • We send a copy of the defect list with a letter to the builder and request that they take the necessary action to resolve all outstanding issues, keeping you informed as they go.

This takes you to the first milestone associated with the purchase of a new property. The builder will want you to complete paperwork saying that you are 100% happy with the property on the day that you move in. You SHOULD NOT sign anything, remember, you will have a lot going on, and you have no obligation to do so. You should inform the builder that you will forward your defect list to them once you have had a proper opportunity to inspect everything in detail and when you are more relaxed.
