When can you visit my property?
Whenever you like, we understand that people have work and other commitments, hence you may need to see us in the evening or on the weekend.
Will it be a man or a woman that visits my home?
Either, it's entirely up to you. We have both male and female experts who are used to dealing with any issues you may have.
Do I have to be at the property?
No, not if you don't want to be. We will manage the whole process for you and ensure that your needs are dealt with in a professional and thorough manner.
How do you ensure you cover everything?
Our snagging process has evolved through years of experience and covers not only defective work, but poor quality workmanship also.
As an example:
We will bring along a small trowel and check to see that the builder has left 150mm of topsoil, free of debris in your garden, as they are required
to do.
What if the builder gets annoyed?
By employing Zero Defects Ltd we will take all of the conflict away from you and divert it onto us so that you don't get intimidated at any stage of the process.
I have been in my property for a couple of months and thought I would be able to sort the defects out but it's all going horribly wrong; what can I do?
No problem, just give us a call. We will assess your individual situation and come up with a unique package just for you to ensure your problems are dealt with.
I don't have a new home but am having an extension built, can you help me?
Yes, no problem, we can cater a one off package suited just for you that will still give you the results you require.
Do you cover flats and apartments?
Yes, our prices are based on the number of bedrooms a property has. |
