Zero-Defects Gold House Service
All points of a Silver Level service plus:
- Continued management of the relationship with the builder until just before the two year period expires.
- We will then revisit your property for a third time to hopefully confirm that all outstanding items have been dealt with.
- If there are any items still outstanding we will then contact the builder directly to resolve them.
This will extend your cover until the third milestone associated with the purchase of a new property. The two year point is typically when your builder
will relinquish any responsibility for the rectification of defects. If you have not registered your complaints in writing by this time the
house builder does not need to do anything for you, hence it is crucial that all known defects are identified and logged prior to this milestone.
