We aim to achieve results by being thorough, firm and polite. We do not believe that creating conflict with the builder represents a positive
way of gaining results. Experience has taught us that getting the builder on your side is a far more effective way of resolving all issues quickly
and efficiently in a non confrontational manner. Just put yourself in the same position of how you would deal with an aggressive rude customer
in your own workplace versus someone who was polite, knowledgeable and confident in what they were talking about. Human nature dictates that the
former generally ends up at the bottom of the pile.
We let the builder know what is required and when it is required, so that they are under no illusions that the people they are dealing with are competent
in their business manner and will not be pushed into accepting second best.
